Routines are created by our qualified dance instructors to top 40 songs. The routines are then taught in class and learnt by students. Its a great way to keep fit, have a laugh and also make long lasting friendships.
Dance, have fun and enjoy working out to today's hits and make great friends at coffee afterwards.
Most classes consists of 1 hour of standing routines (warm ups, aerobic activities and cool downs) followed by ½ hour of mat work (exercises all the major muscle groups) ending with a relaxing stretch.
